Information we collect

• Account information such as your name, email address, username, profile image, and Facebook account identifier when you choose Facebook Login.
• Your email address and consent date when you join the Wicchu testing-access list.
• Community content such as memberships, posts, comments, reactions, reports, and moderation activity.
• Technical and usage information needed for security, diagnostics, notifications, and service operation.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, operate community features, enforce community rules, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve Wicchu. Text and images submitted to community features may be analyzed automatically to identify potentially harmful content and may be held for human review.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure and content-safety service providers, including OpenAI for automated moderation, with community administrators where required for moderation, or when legally required. These providers process information on Wicchu's behalf.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably required for security and legal obligations. Unattached media is normally deleted after 24 hours, and media from rejected or removed posts is normally deleted after 30 days. Moderation records may be retained longer for safety, appeals, and audit purposes. You may request deletion using our data-deletion instructions.

Your choices

You may access or update profile information, leave communities, remove content where available, disconnect Facebook Login, or request account deletion.
